Incoming/New Students
All students seeking admission must present the documents below to the Elementary/Middle School office. 

• Application for admission

• Certified copy of birth certificate

• Copy of baptismal certificate

• Copy of Social Security Card
• Copy of Parent ID

• Copy of Report Card from previous school (past 2 years)(if entering grades 1-8)

• Current immunization record
• Utility Bill
• Pre-registration fee $250
